HR + IT Technical Recruiter – Software House OnSite

Lahore, Pakistan

Career-oriented job opportunity for HR Coordinator & IT Technical Recruiter – Must have software house experience. This is an onsite position (Tajpura scheme Lahore) and NOT remote work.

Office Timings - 9AM to 6 PM (Monday - Friday)

This is primarily a 75% TECHNICAL RECRUITER position and a 25% HR position.

Oversee the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administer and create benefit programs for a startup. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, self-motivated and trustworthy, ensure the smooth running of our company’s human operations, and contribute to driving sustainable growth.

a. Software house experience or working with the web development / technical environment is MANDATORY
b. Candidates **must have** a technical background with a minimum of a bachelor in CS
c. Please note that this is an ONSITE position only (Tajpura Scheme Lahore) and NOT a remote position.
d. You are up to date with the latest hiring procedures with ability to screen resumes from multiple platforms to fulfill the recruitment requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels (social media, Job Site, etc.)
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Compose job offer letters
  • On-boarding and Off-boarding Strategies and implementations
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
  • Creating and Maintaining Social profiles on different channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
