We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Lead to oversee and manage our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring smooth HR functions, and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong Admin knowledge & Lead the HR team - oversee day-to-day HR operations.
  • Labour/ workers controlling skills

**• **Oversee employee relations, worker's attendance, shift management and maintenance of workforce records.

**• **Ensure workplace ethics & behavioral standards, workers conduct , discipline and adherence to rules regularly

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Manage payroll, ESI EPF and other benefits and HR systems efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
