HR Manager

LimeoX is currently seeking an in-house HR Manager to join our team to oversee all aspects of our HR operations, including recruitment, employee management, payroll of in-house employees, and remotely hired employees as required. The role will also involve assigning tasks to employees. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of google docs and sheets, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the recruitment process for in-house and remote employees, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and conducting interviews.
• Build a strong talent pipeline of potential candidates to ensure the company has a strong pool of potential hires.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
• Maintain employee records, including personal and employment-related information, performance reviews, and training records.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for in-house and remote employees.
• Manage employee relations, including addressing employee complaints, conflicts, and grievances.
• Conduct remote interviews and manage the hiring process of remote employees, including communication with the US-based team as necessary.
• Assign tasks to remotely hired employees and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure effective communication with both in-house and remote employees to address their concerns and needs.

Requirements:

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with the US-based team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in HR or equivalent.
• MBA in Human Resource Management is highly preferred.
