HR Manager

Location: Gulberg-III, Lahore

About Us

We are a leading IT solutions provider, delivering large-scale government and public sector projects, including Lahore Metro Bus and Prison IT Management Systems. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support our fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
• Manage manpower planning for government projects within approved budgets.
• Implement HR policies aligned with both organizational goals and government regulations.
• Coordinate with project directors, IT managers, and government stakeholders on staffing needs.
• Ensure timely compliance with labor laws, audits, and project documentation.
• Develop and monitor performance management systems tailored to project deliverables.
• Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to reduce turnover.
• Implement HR digital tools/HRMS for efficient project staff management.

Requirements

• MBA/BBA in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in IT or government-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and audit processes in Pakistan.
• Experience managing HR in project-based environments (public sector/government).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
