Job Title: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full-cycle hiring process, with immediate attention to onboarding Sifa.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure Sifa’s transition aligns with team needs.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for current and future openings.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience
• Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
