The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing various human resources functions within the hotel, including reporting, policy development, staff training, and office management. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring timely submission and consolidation of monthly reports from the corporate office and hotels, with presentations to management.
• Researching and proposing compensation and benefits packages, supporting wage adjustments, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Developing, launching, and explaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence across the organization.
• Managing staff training programs, including certifications and internship training.
• Organizing staff activities to promote morale and a positive working environment.
• Handling office operations, including meeting room management, communication, and procurement of supplies.
• Managing work permits, visas, and annual health checks for staff, especially expatriates.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field, at least 5 years of HR experience with 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in hospitality, with strong communication skills in English, proficiency in computer applications, and excellent interpersonal skills.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within the Human Resources industry in the hospitality sector.
