Job Summary:

Career & Courses is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to manage and oversee human resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and prior experience in handling HR responsibilities in an educational or coaching institute environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR database accuracy
  • Handle onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities
  • Draft HR policies, job descriptions, and employment contracts
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare monthly payroll data
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
  • Address employee grievances and support a healthy work culture
  • Organize staff meetings, workshops, and training programs
  • Collaborate with management on performance appraisals and feedback

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 3–4 years of HR experience (preferably in the education sector)
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR software
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully
