Job Title: HR Manager (With Catering Experience)

Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing human resources policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organization’s goals. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, supports employee relations, and manages recruitment, training, performance, and retention initiatives. The HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to management and a trusted advisor to employees, fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the organization’s objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures while ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Design and implement performance management systems, appraisals, and career development programs.
  • Plan and execute training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
  • Advise and support management in decision-making regarding workforce planning, restructuring, and succession planning.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
