HR MANAGER

AL BURRAQ REAL ESTATE is looking for a dynamic, strategicFEMALE HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions and provide leadership in developing policies, programs, and procedures that support our workforce. This role is crucial for maintaining a productive, compliant, and engaged workplace, aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Management:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and succession planning.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and role requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems to enhance productivity and growth.
  • Coach managers and employees through feedback processes and performance improvement plans.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and internal policies.
  • Handle investigations and resolutions related to workplace issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.

Learning & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Promote continuous learning and career growth opportunities.

HR Metrics & Reporting:

  • Maintain HR data systems and generate reports on turnover, recruitment metrics, employee satisfaction, etc.
  • Analyze HR trends and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Real Estate Company management role.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Experience with HR software and systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
