    Overview :

    We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (8–10 years) to lead HR operations and people strategy in
    our growing IT/Technology services firm. The role is both strategic and hands-on, covering the full HR
    lifecycle—talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and
    workforce development.


    Key Responsibilities :

     Lead onboarding, orientation, and HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience.
     Manage employee relations and promote a positive, inclusive workplace.
     Administer payroll, compensation & benefits benchmarking, and salary revisions.
     Drive performance management cycles, feedback sessions, and improvement plans.
     Implement training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
     Ensure labour law compliance, policy updates, ISO audit readiness, and HR documentation.
     Generate HR analytics & dashboards on headcount, retention, and engagement.
     Align people strategy with business growth and support CSR and talent pipeline initiatives.


    Qualifications & Skills :

     MBA / MSW in HR
     8–10 years of progressive HR experience, in IT/Tech services.
     Strong expertise in employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
     Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
