Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic HR Manager to lead human resource operations across The Ariana Group's diversified portfolio. This role focuses primarily on high-volume recruitment and talent acquisition, while managing core HR functions including compliance, employee relations, and HRMS administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Primary Focus):

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational, technical, and managerial roles across all verticals
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates to meet urgent and ongoing hiring needs
• Build talent pipelines and collaborate with department heads on staffing forecasts

HR Operations:

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HRMS systems
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa regulations
• Coordinate payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Support organizational development and workforce planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience in the UAE with strong recruitment background
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance
• Ability to manage HR across multiple business units
• Proficiency in HRMS, Microsoft 365, and applicant tracking systems
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
