HR Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a mature, responsible, and empathetic HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a woman professional aged 30+, married, and preferably with experience in the jewelry sector You will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, fostering employee engagement, and supporting company growth with structured HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new hires
• Handling employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment
• Managing attendance, payroll coordination, and HR MIS
• Conducting quarterly performance reviews and appraisals
• Organizing internal activities, training, and engagement programs
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Coordinating with department heads for manpower planning
• Maintaining employee files and documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• 4–5 years of experience in an HR generalist role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters
• Prior experience in the jewelry/luxury/retail sector is a big plus
• Proficient in MS Office, HRMS tools, and Google Workspace

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
