We’re Hiring: HR Manager

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, lead the HR team, and ensure the strict implementation of company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop the HR team

Ensure consistent implementation and compliance with company SOPs and policies

Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations

Support senior management in HR strategy and organizational development

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR leadership role

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and SOP governance

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
