HR Manager

Work Schedule

6 days per week Sunday to Friday with Saturdays off. Work timings: 7.30am to 4.15pm

Salary

AED 25-30K per month total cash package + Employee Only Benefits: visa, medical insurance, annual flight + Annual Bonus (discretionary based on performance)

Required Profile

7-10 years experience in HR within the UAE

Must come from a HR background working for an oil & gas, construction contracting, industrial, manufacturing company.

Strong understanding of UAE labour laws

Must have proven track record in dealing with MOL, ministries and governmental authorities.

Experience in dealing with blue collar personnel from hiring to visas to accommodation arrangements.

Expertise across the HR topics such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance management, L&D, and leadership & succession planning.

Languages

Arabic language fluency

Education

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar

CIPD or any HR professional qualifications will be a nice to have
