  • Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, covering workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, performance management, and compliance with UAE labour laws.
  • Drive HR transformation initiatives, including policy development, automation, organizational restructuring, and culture-building programs.
  • Review existing HR practices, identify implementation gaps, and drive strict execution of approved policies and procedures
  • Establish clear accountability frameworks, performance tracking systems, and reporting mechanisms across all HR activities
  • Partner closely with senior management and department heads to align HR operations with business objectives.
  • Maintain healthy communication channels across departments and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR professional within the construction industry
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–6 years in a managerial role within the UAE.
  • Proven experience handling full-spectrum HR functions in medium to large organizations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset.
