KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation,
- background checks, offer letters, and exit procedures
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, including IT setup, access provisioning, orientation scheduling, and asset handover
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files in compliance with regulations
- Handle resignation processing, termination coordination, and exit interviews
Payroll, HRIS & Data Management
- Manage HRIS systems, including Zoho People and ADP Workforce Now
- Maintain accurate employee data, job changes, reporting structures, and benefits eligibility
- updates
- Support full payroll cycle, including time entry validation, deductions, bonuses, and payroll summaries
- Reconcile payroll, PTO records, and timecards, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Track and manage internal HR team timesheets and productivity reporting
Employee Support & HR Helpdesk
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries via Zoho Desk and HR platforms
- Resolve 50+ tickets monthly within defined SLAs
- Process employee loan requests and maintain confidential financial records
- Issue employment verification letters and warning letters
- Support internal and external audits with accurate reporting and documentation
Benefits & 401(k) Administration Support
- Manage employee 401(k) enrollment, withdrawals, rollovers, and distributions upon exit
- Support benefits enrollment, life events, and eligibility tracking
- Assist with ACA tracking, COBRA administration, and open enrollment coordination
- Liaise with carriers and resolve benefits-related employee queries
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with ADP representatives for payroll and system issue resolution
- Attend vendor calls and support cross-functional HR coordination
- Assist in onboarding and escalation with third-party providers
Compliance & Reporting Support
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Maintain audit-ready HR records and support compliance reporting
- Assist in policy implementation and handbook acknowledgment tracking
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Experience:
- 4–7 years of HR operations experience in a US environment
Skills:
- Strong ADP Workforce Now & HRIS experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of payroll, benefits, and compliance processes
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
