Role Overview

We’re looking for a business-focused HR Manager who will work closely with the CEO to not just manage HR operations, but actively build and shape the company culture as SeeBiz scales. This role requires someone who can translate leadership vision into everyday employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Partnership

  • Work directly with the CEO on organizational design and workforce planning
  • Align HR strategy with business goals and growth plans
  • Act as a key advisor on all people-related matters

2. Culture Building & Employee Experience

  • Define, build, and embed a strong, performance-driven company culture
  • Translate company values into everyday behaviors and practices
  • Design initiatives that promote ownership, accountability, and collaboration
  • Drive employee engagement programs suited to a fast-growing tech environment
  • Ensure consistent employee experience across teams

3. Talent Acquisition (Tech-Focused)

  • Lead hiring for engineering, product, and business roles
  • Build pipelines for developers, QA, DevOps, and product talent
  • Strengthen employer branding aligned with company culture

4. Performance Management

  • Implement structured performance frameworks (OKRs/KPIs)
  • Enable managers to drive performance, feedback, and growth conversations
  • Support retention of high performers

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee HR policies, processes, and compliance with local labor laws
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
  • Ensure HR processes scale with company growth

6. Learning & Development

  • Identify capability gaps and build development programs
  • Promote continuous learning, especially in tech teams

7. Compensation & Benefits

  • Support compensation structuring and benchmarking
  • Ensure fairness and competitiveness

8. HR Analytics & Systems

  • Track hiring, engagement, and retention metrics
  • Use data to guide leadership decisions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT/tech industry
  • Proven experience in building and scaling company culture
  • Strong experience hiring for technical roles
  • Good understanding of HR operations and labor laws in Pakistan
  • Ability to work closely with senior leadership (CEO level)
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth tech company
  • Exposure to agile/product-based environments
  • HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD) are a plus

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
