HR Manager – Call Center (Karachi)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our Call Center based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluations, and overall HR operations within a fast-paced call center environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
• Timings: 5:45 PM – 12:30 AM (Monday to Saturday)
• Salary: Competitive package (based on experience)
• Industry: Call Center / BPO

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (mainly call center agents)
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and orientation sessions
• Maintain employee records and attendance
• Handle HR policies, payroll coordination, and performance monitoring
• Maintain a healthy work environment and resolve internal issues
• Ensure punctuality, discipline, and smooth workflow across departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a call center or BPO
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, organized, and proactive personality
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Candidates nearby Gulshan / Gulistan-e-Jauhar will be preferred
