Job Title: HR Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and organized HR Manager to join our team at Grey Tech. You’ll play an important role in handling day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and compliance. This position is ideal for individuals with up to one year of HR experience who want to develop their skills and grow in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases regularly.
  • Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Address employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and other HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Provide administrative support for performance reviews and other HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in HR (internship or full-time).
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
