Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to independently manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, UAE labour law compliance, and healthcare licensing (DHA & MOH).
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on HR operations experience in UAE, preferably from the healthcare / medical sector.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles
· Source, screen, interview, select, and onboard candidates
· Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
HR Operations & Compliance
· Manage complete employee lifecycle (joining, probation, confirmation, exits)
· Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree Law 33 of 2021)
· Handle labour contracts, MOHRE processes, documentation, renewals, and exits
· Calculate gratuity, leave, and final settlements
Payroll, WPS & Benefits
· Manage payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leaves, deductions)
· Coordinate monthly salary processing through WPS
· Handle employee insurance, benefits administration, and claims
Healthcare Licensing (Mandatory)
· Manage DHA & MOH licensing for medical professionals
· Handle Dataflow, PSV, exam booking, license issuance & renewals
Performance & Training
· Manage performance appraisal cycles
· Coordinate training and employee development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
· 7+ years HR experience in UAE
· Minimum 3 years HR experience in healthcare / medical sector
· Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law & MOHRE processes
· Hands-on experience in gratuity calculation, payroll & WPS
· Practical experience in DHA & MOH licensing
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
NOTE: Candidates without hands-on experience in UAE labour law compliance, payroll/WPS, gratuity calculation, and DHA/MOH licensing will not be considered.
