HR Manager – Media Industry (Bahraini Female Only)

A reputed media company in Bahrain is seeking an HR Manager with strong experience in handling the full HR function. The ideal candidate will be a Bahraini female professional who can bring structure, leadership, and efficiency to the organisation’s people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll
• Maintain compliance with Bahrain labour laws and company policies
• Oversee performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes
• Support management with HR strategy, staff engagement, and policy development

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Bahrain
• Excellent knowledge of HR procedures and labour law
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in media, marketing, or creative industries is preferred
• Bahraini female applicants only
