The HR Manager will lead and manage all human resources functions across SNOC—including talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, recruitment, compensation, HR policies, and compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling a high-performance culture, supporting nationalization goals, and ensuring organizational readiness for future growth and transformation.


Main responsibilities:

1 - Strategic HR Leadership

  • Translate SNOC’s strategic goals into effective HR strategies, workforce plans, and initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to implement the “People First” transformation program.
  • Support organizational restructuring, job evaluations, and succession planning.


2- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead recruitment to attract and retain talent.
  • Champion national workforce development and Emiratization.
  • Ensure robust workforce planning aligned with SNOC’s operational needs.


3- HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR administration.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and WPS (Wage protection system).
  • Optimize HRMS systems and implement HR metrics.


4- Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Foster an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
  • Roll out employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Support employee relations and grievance procedures.


5- Learning, Development & Performance

  • Implement a competency-based performance management framework.
  • Oversee leadership and technical training programs.
  • Promote mentoring and cross-functional development


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent).
  • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc HRM) is an advantage


Experience and Special Conditions:

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in energy, utilities, or industrial sector preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Sharjah HR protocols.
  • Experience in safety-critical operational environments.
  • UAE National (with valid family book)
