HR Officer

Multan, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operations managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns within the operations department.
  • Facilitate communication between management and staff to address issues and maintain positive employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations department personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Note:

  • Must have 01-year experience In HR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
