The position
Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan (AKHS, P) is seeking a bright and motivated individual to support talent acquisition, employee development, organizational effectiveness, new initiatives and administrative matters of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
Identify and address organizational training needs.
Manage recruitment & selection, onboarding & orientation processes, and employee records.
Handle employee relations and ensure compliance to the policies and procedures.
Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate and follow up on meeting action items, ensuring timely task completion and smooth project progress.
Maintain and updated accurate documentation and organized filing systems (both hard and scanned) for easy information retrieval.
Facilitate communication within HR and with external stakeholders, promptly responding to inquiries.
Ensure timely task completion and uphold confidentiality.
The requirements
Education, Skills & Competencies
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or a relevant field with a preferably of one year of experience (healthcare experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.
