HR Officer

Job Summary:
We are hiring an HR Executive to lead recruitment efforts and support general HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the BPO sector and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain hiring trackers and candidate databases.
  • Assist in onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
  • Support attendance tracking, leave records, and employee engagement activities.
  • Respond to HR-related queries and assist in policy implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR/recruitment experience (BPO sector preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with recruitment tools.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
