HR Officer

Karachi, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  • Develop job descriptions, post job advertisements, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
  • Conduct initial interviews, issue appointment letters, and handle onboarding
  • Keeps proper track record of existing and required manpower by maintaining database.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating personnel records and files of all staff.
  • Orients new employees to programs, facilities, rules on time and attendance, and leave policies.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, memos and circulars for staff and management.
  • Deals with day to day affairs of different HR issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a Hospital setup
  • Strong knowledge of HR process
  • Good communication skills
