HR Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support and improve our internal HR operations. The successful candidate will focus on employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Handle employee relations matters and HR-related inquiries
  • Assist with payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Coordinate training, learning, and staff development initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and support audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
