HR Officer

Job Purpose

The HR Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, compliance, documentation, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Process manpower requisitions as approved by management
  • Coordinate interviews and selection process
  • Conduct employee onboarding
  • Maintain employee personnel files

2. Payroll Administration

  • Collect and verify attendance records
  • Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, and adjustments
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement
  • Generate and distribute payslips
  • Maintain payroll records confidentially

3. Final Settlement (Full & Final)

  • Manage employee exit process
  • Obtain clearance from all departments
  • Calculate final dues (salary, leave encashment, incentives, deductions)
  • Process final settlement within company timeline
  • Issue relieving and experience letters

4. HR Policies & SOP Compliance

  • Develop and update HR policies and SOPs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Maintain updated employee records and documentation
  • Support internal and external audits

5. Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and grievances
  • Support performance evaluation process
  • Maintain discipline and enforce company policies
  • Promote a positive work environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years of HR experience preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
