  • Assess development needs across operational, business, and functional units; evaluate and oversee the implementation of organizational development strategies.
  • Design and implement customized programs, policies, and initiatives to enhance employee performance, engagement, and leadership development.
  • Support the execution of employee development plans and succession planning frameworks.
  • Provide consultation on HR policies, procedures, conflict resolution, and compliance matters to employees and leadership.
  • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are aligned with Pakistan's labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capability.
  • Develop and update organizational charts to reflect current structures and support strategic workforce planning.
  • Utilize HR analytics to generate insights, support data-driven decision-making, and improve HR strategy and operations.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 05 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
  • Extensive understanding of organizational behavior and culture, skills development, and capacity-building strategies
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
