HR Officer

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Officer to support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will handle core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and policy implementation while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation (contracts, letters, policies)
  • Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
  • Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic disciplinary matters
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluations
  • Coordinate training, engagement activities, and HR initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in an HR role
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
