HR Officer

Are you passionate about recruitment and people management? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews) for clinical and non-clinical positions.

2. Support onboarding & orientation of new hires

3. Handle document verification of newly hired employees.

4. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data.

5. Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring employees adhere to organizational standards.

6. Assist in payroll coordination & attendance tracking

7 . Maintain employee records & HR documentation

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a reputable hospital/healthcare organization

3. Good understanding of HR practices and healthcare compliance
