Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR administration, particularly attendance management, and a strong interest in learning and growing within the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, monitor, and reconcile daily attendance of staff and workers
  • Ensure accuracy of attendance records, leave data, and related reports
  • Prepare attendance summaries and HR reports using Excel
  • Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and documentation
  • Coordinate medical insurance matters for employees (enrollment, additions, deletions, claims follow-ups)
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
  • Support HR initiatives, audits, and day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related matters
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned from time to time

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / Graduation
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR department
  • Strong command over MS Excel (attendance sheets, reports, basic formulas)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
