Position Summary
The HR Officer will manage recruitment, staff documentation, compliance, and human resources processes in line with organizational and donor policies.

Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction of project staff.
  • Maintain personnel records and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and donor requirements.
  • Manage payroll documentation.
  • Support performance management and staff capacity-building.

Deliverables

  • Updated personnel records.
  • Recruitment and onboarding reports.
  • Staff performance monitoring documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR management within NGOs or development organizations.
