We are seeking a competent and proactive HR Officer to join our team at our Giga Mall, Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, particularly in recruitment, employee management, and HR administration, while ensuring smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine job descriptions
- Post job advertisements on various platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview processes
- Perform reference checks and assist in extending job offers
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, payroll, leaves, etc.)
- Develop and implement onboarding plans for new hires
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Assist in designing and improving HR processes, including recruitment and employee engagement
- Maintain candidate and employee databases accurately
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth hiring operations
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
- BBA/MBA (HR specialization preferred)
- Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and reliability
