Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic HR Professional to oversee recruitment, team management, and employee engagement for our Medical Billing department. Beyond just hiring, your role will be pivotal in fostering a positive office culture, streamlining operations, and ensuring long-term staff retention.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle (sourcing, screening, and interviewing) for specialized roles like Medical Billers, AR Recovery Specialists, and Sales Executives.
- Onboarding & Training: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires and coordinate necessary training sessions.
- Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances, concerns, or other issues.
- Performance Management: Implement and monitor KPI tracking systems and lead the annual/semi-annual performance appraisal process.
- Policy Development: Establish and enforce office policies, including attendance, leave management, and workplace ethics.
- Payroll & Compliance: Assist in payroll processing by maintaining accurate records of attendance, overtime, and bonuses.
- Culture Building: Organize team-building activities and engagement initiatives to maintain high morale within the night shift teams.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of HR experience (Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the Medical Billing or RCM industry).
- Education: BBA/MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Conflict Resolution: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with HRIS or recruitment tools.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable managing shifts and coordinating with night-shift staff.
