Job description
We are seeking a HR Officer (Male/Female) to join our team in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and possess strong organizational abilities.
Job Description
· Compiling and updating of employees' records in Software /Excel sheet & Personnel files.
· Having knowledge of working on employees attendance & employees' leave record on
software
. Drafting (Minutes of meeting, officer orders, letter etc).
· Process clearance of the former employees.
· Assist in recruitment process by scheduling and facilitate the interviews
· Recruitment, Process confirmation & contractual process of employee
· Deals with the day-to-day HR Operations
· Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
· Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including
showcases, office orders, general circular holiday, sickness leaves and extra duties.
· Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops, seminars and official meetings.
· Any other task assigned by the Senior HR Officer/HR Manager
Qualification
· BBA /MBA with major in Human Resource / CHRP or Masters with proven experience in HR
· MS Office ( Expert)
