Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
HR Operations Executive
to manage core HR processes, including
onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination
, and
HRMS (Workday)
administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Onboarding:

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities including documentation, background checks, induction scheduling, and system access provisioning.

Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS (Workday).

Offboarding:
-
Manage the offboarding process including exit interviews, clearance formalities, final settlements, and updating systems.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

HRMS (Workday) Administration:
-
Maintain and update employee data in Workday.
-
Support configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting in the Workday environment.

Ensure data integrity and timely updates.

Payroll Coordination:
-
Collate and verify payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, bonuses, and deductions.

Coordinate with finance/payroll vendors for timely and accurate payroll processing.

Respond to employee payroll-related queries.

HR Compliance & Audits:
-
Maintain personnel files and ensure documentation is audit-ready.

Support internal and external audits with required HR data and documentation.

Reporting & Analytics:

Generate HR reports from Workday and other tools as required.

Assist with HR metrics and dashboard updates.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4 - 5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.

Hands-on experience with HRMS, specifically Workday (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll.

Familiarity with labor laws, HR compliance, and documentation standards.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
