Job Description – HR Operations Executive

Position Overview

The HR Operations role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes, documentation, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and daily HR operations. The position ensures smooth coordination between employees and management while maintaining high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality. This role requires strong ownership, multitasking, and hands-on execution abilities.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations, HR Documentation, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with high accuracy.
  • Practical understanding of HR policies, travel management, and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and documentation formats.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Team coordination and stakeholder management.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Management.
  • 2–7 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles
  • Experience in handling HR tasks independently is preferred.

Reporting To

  • Head of HR / HR Manager / Management (as per company structure)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
