HR Operations Manager

Position: HR Operations Manager

Location: JLT, Dubai

Reports to: Senior Manager - Operations


Matchworkers International (MI) is seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to support and manage our human resources operations. As MI expands across international markets, this role will ensure smooth HR processes, strong employee support, and compliance with UAE labour laws while contributing to building a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Support

  • Implement HR policies and procedures in line with MI’s business needs.
  • Support the Management/CEO in workforce planning and organisational development.
  • Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on day-to-day matters.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and ensure smooth candidate experience.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues and escalate as needed.
  • Support employee engagement activities and surveys.
  • Assist in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training programmes and maintain learning records.
  • Support performance management cycles, appraisals, and career development initiatives.

Compliance & HR Administration

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation in line with regulations.
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and HR reporting.


Requirements

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing business.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE employment law and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
