Job Responsibilities –
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of blue-collar employees such as laborers, technicians, machine operators, helpers, and drivers.
- Coordinate with operations, production, and site managers to identify manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Supervise attendance, shift planning, workforce allocation, and overtime management for smooth daily operations.
- Handle employee relations for large blue-collar teams, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee management.
- Design and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for HR operations and workforce productivity.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
- Manage worker welfare activities, including accommodation, transportation, and workplace facilities when applicable.
- Oversee payroll inputs such as attendance records, overtime, leave management, and final settlements for blue-collar employees.
- Coordinate with PRO/Admin teams for visa processing, labor cards, medicals, renewals, and other documentation.
- Conduct employee inductions, safety orientations, and basic training programs for workers.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and labor files.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and workforce productivity analysis for management.
- Support management in workforce planning, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement.
