We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management, along with the ability to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management

Oversee end-to-end processes for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and employee record management.
  • Ensure timely generation of offer letters, employment contracts, and exit documentation.

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS systems and employee files.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Manage audits, documentation, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, leave, reimbursements, etc.).
  • Reconcile HR data with finance and payroll records.

Policy Implementation & Process Improvement

Support implementation of HR policies and processes across the organization.
  • Identify gaps in HR operations and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
  • Assist in HR system upgrades, automation, and best practice adoption.

Employee Experience & Support

Address employee queries related to HR processes, policies, and systems.
  • Provide operational support for engagement initiatives, retention programs, and surveys.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services / HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, payroll, and HRIS tools (Workday, GyretHR).
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
