Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven recruiter to join our growing HR team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talented individuals who align with our company’s values and goals. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure the hiring process is smooth, efficient, and effective.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle using a variety of channels to identify and attract top candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms. Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and ensure they align with company needs.
  • Lead high-volume recruitment drives esp. for Sales roles to meet urgent and bulk hiring needs.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline data to track the recruitment metrics.
  • Coordinate and conduct phone screening interviews with candidates, ensuring positive and professional candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to assess skills, cultural fit, and experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Provide regular updates and feedback.
  • Work with hiring managers to extend job offers to candidates, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
  • Collaborate with the Admin team to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to forecast manpower requirements and succession planning.
  • Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling candidate and company information.

Job Skills & Requirements:

  • English Fluency (Required).
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experienced in Non-Tech recruiting (esp. for Sales Roles)
  • Extensive experience with multiple job boards, building connections and modern sourcing techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • BS in Human Resources Management, BBA, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Perks:

  • The salary ranges in between 55,000-65,000 based on experience.
  • Annual paid leaves

Office Timings:

  • MONDAY to FRIDAY - 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM
  • It's an onsite fulltime role.
