Roles and Responsibilities

Minimum 0 to 2 Years experience

Hindi Mandatory

Effective profile sourcing through various platforms.
Should manage full cycle of recruitment process from sourcing, screening, scheduling Interview, Salary Negotiation and Offer.
Develop and execute recruiting plans.

MIS Reports generation
Processing agreements like Non-Compete from the candidate/employer prior to submission, CSA (Consultants Services Agreement - Master Agreement) .

Hands on experience in MS Excel

Good Communication and team player

Vendor Management
