Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good negotiation and relationship management skills.

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent to meet business requirements while ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding).
  • Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
  • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and prepare hiring reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
