HR Recruiter

Should have experience in handling both Staff & Labour Category in UAE.

Minimum 1 Year UAE Experience is must in Construction industry.

Preferred candidate who can join Immediate basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, campus hiring, references, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with the HR operations team.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor market trends in the construction sector.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, particularly in attracting skilled trades and engineering professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
