Basic Role & Responsibilities:-

1. As a financial recruiter, your main responsibility is to find people seeking work in financial services and skillfully connect them with companies in their respective industry.

2. You probably need to arrange the interviews with the hiring manager and any others involved in the hiring process.

3. Screening resume through Job Portals such as Naukri, Linkedin, etc.

4. Interviewing candidates via phone call.

5. Coordinating with candidates till their selection and joining process.

6. Follow ups with candidates.

7. End to End Recruitment.

Skills:-

• Creating a recruitment strategy.
• Performing interviews.
• Coordinating interviews.
• Conducting company assessments.
• Finding the best candidates.
