HR Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with clients or internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media

Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases

Understand client or internal requirements and align profiles accordingly

Support senior recruiters in achieving hiring targets

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in Consultancy, Retail, or Pharma hiring will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
