Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong networking ability, and a passion for finding and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
• Source candidates through portals, social media, references, and networking.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Support HR operations such as joining formalities and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive hiring experience.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (MBA in HR preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably non-IT / corporate hiring).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
