Job Type: Full-Time | Entry Level

Compensation: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month

We are expanding our HR team and seeking ambitious MBA or BBA graduates eager to build their careers in recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes within a dynamic corporate environment.

Role Overview: As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, screening, and onboarding talent for various roles at ZapTech. You will play a key role in building a pipeline of trainable, high-potential candidates who can grow with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job specifications.
• Draft and post job descriptions on portals, social media platforms, and internal channels.
• Source candidates through online job boards, social networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate recruitment databases, trackers, and reports.
• Assist in onboarding activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA or BBA with specialization or knowledge of HR functions.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience.
• Good understanding of basic HR processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word for maintaining recruitment data.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

Work Schedule: Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
