Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

2. Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and schedule in-person interviews.

3. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effective communication and candidate selection.

4. Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and facilitate onboarding processes.

5. Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics.
